This course provides students with an introduction to the theory and practice of stained glass. The course begins with an introduction to the history of stained glass; this theory lecture provides the grounding for the remainder of the course which teaches the practical aspects of making stained glass. Each student will work individually by copying glass of the Romanesque period from Canterbury Cathedral.
