Research & Design
The experience accumulated by the staff and alumni of The School, as a result of its education programmes, forms the basis for research and design work. In our studios and workshops students, staff and alumni are researching, testing and modifying methods and materials as a part of the study and practice of the traditional arts. The work of these architects, designers and craftsmen, who keep traditional methods of production alive, generates results of the highest quality. Their work is available through commission or through Traditional Arts Ltd., and is a testament to the enduring relevance of the traditional arts.
