In this week-long course, create an extensive portfolio of diverse Moorish patterns, based on the Merinid and Nasrid pattern traditions.

Learn, in a gently guided, step-by-step way, how to analyse and construct simple patterns and progress to the highly sophisticated.

The patterns we will explore are to be found in magnificent monuments such as the Andalusian Alhambra, and Bou Inania and Ben Youssef Madrasas of Fez and Marrakesh.
